Lead Generation Landing Page
Overview
This project is a Lead Generation Landing page of 'Meet' the meeting app which schedule and conduct meetings professionally. The purpose of this landing page is to convert visitors into leads by creating a powerful call-to-action.
Problem
A homepage provides plenty of information and resources to potential customers. A navigation bar or a menu and multiple links offer visitors easy access to any content they want.
1. This makes it harder to predict their goal.
2. Some would like to read more about your business, while others might jump straight to the features and pricing list.
So this type of page design would usually include:
-
Navigation bar / menu
-
Lots of info
-
Lots of links and sources
-
Not necessarily a strong CTA
-
Organic traffic
Solution
A landing page has a specific message. Its purpose is to convert visitors into leads, maybe a few other distractions, but a powerful call-to-action.
-
It has a form as a call to action for the sole purpose of collecting lead data, with the page has a button like the CTA.
-
Describe the product in detail, warming visitors up for their purchasing decision.
-
Guide the user towards a well-defined goal (think of it as a one-way street, just going straight ahead).
-
Set out a great value proposition that affects the target audience.
-
Define the people who fit into the target group and make sure they already know the product.
-
The information we provide helps them to decide in our favor.
Users
B2B marketing typically uses this structure. It has a form as a call to action and the sole purpose of collecting lead data. E-commerce typically uses this type of page which has a button as the CTA. It describes the product in detail, warming visitors up for their purchasing decision.
My Role
It was a self-initiated page design. I want to expand my knowledge and discover new techniques to attract more users and know about different design strategies. So I took a random example of the page that schedules meetings. I was involved in the entire process by discovering new techniques to invite more leads.
My Approach
To create the best landing page, I formed the structure of few steps and developed the page accordingly.
The nine elements that define the structure of the best landing pages:

-
Value proposition (clear and concise copy)
-
No distractions – no navigation menu
-
Engaging media (photo illustration video)
-
Well-defined call to action
-
Above-the-fold placement
-
Condensed form
-
Well-defined audience/purpose
-
Trust marks
